Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, on the basis of legitimate interest provided your fundamental rights are not harmed, and, where required, your explicit consent.

Your data is collected electronically through the contact and consultation form on the website, by email, by phone, and via cookies during your use of the site.
06Transfer of Personal Data
To the extent necessary to provide the service, your personal data may be shared with service providers such as hosting, form and email infrastructure, and with legally authorized public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Some service providers may host their servers abroad.
07Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed and for the statutory retention periods set out in applicable legislation; once the period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
08Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction where conditions are met; request that these actions be notified to third parties; object to outcomes that arise against you through automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
